The Controller of your personal data is Polski Standard Płatności Sp. z o.o. with headquarters in Warsaw, Czerniakowska 87A St., 00-718 Warsaw (hereinafter "PSP").

The Controller has appointed a Data Protection Officer who can be contacted by email: iod@blik.com or in writing (at the address of the Controller’s headquarters). The Data Protection Officer can be contacted in all matters relating to the processing of personal data and the exercise of rights related to data processing.

Your data will be processed for the purpose of:

• responding to an inquiry submitted via the contact form or by other means - the legal basis for data processing is the legitimate interest of the Controller; the legitimate interest of the Controller is the ability to respond to your question.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the legitimate interest of the Controller, i.e. the basis referred to in Art. 6 sec. 1(f) of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR").

Your data will be deleted once the query has been resolved.

Your data may be transferred to entities processing personal data at the request of the Controller, including IT service providers or marketing agencies - such entities process data on the basis of a contract with the Controller and only in accordance with the Controller's instructions.

You have the right to access your data and the right to request rectification, deletion and processing restrictions.

To the extent that the basis for the processing of your personal data is the premise of the legitimate interest of the Controller, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data.

To the extent that the basis for the processing of your personal data is consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

To the extent that your data is processed on the basis of consent - you also have the right to transfer your personal data, i.e. to receive your personal data from the Controller in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format. You can send this data to another data controller.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body dealing with the protection of personal data, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

Providing personal data for the purpose of handling the inquiry submitted via the contact form or directly to the Controller is voluntary, but necessary to handle such a query.
