BLIK is now available to clients of mBank SK
First mBank customers can find BLIK directly in the mobile app. From 1 October, this option will be visible to all customers. They will also be able to take part in a special welcome campaign. Any customer of mBank who is going to make their online payment with BLIK in October will receive a EUR 10 bonus. Getting started with BLIK takes just a few moments and is simple and intuitive. For e-commerce payments, customers select BLIK at checkout, generate a 6-digit code in their banking app and enter it on their payment gate. The transaction is then confirmed directly in the banking app.
BLIK, thanks to mBank, is expanding its presence in the Slovak market
mBank is the second bank in Slovakia to offer BLIK to its customers. This is another step in expanding the system in this market and gradually making the service available to more users. After launch in Tatra banka and mBank, BLIK will be available to a significant portion of banking application users in Slovakia.

The launch of BLIK payments at mBank will also be accompanied by a welcome bonus for new users. Customers of mBank, who between 1 and 31 October make a BLIK payment, will receive a reward of EUR 10. They simply need to make an online purchase from a selected merchant that supports BLIK payments and pay for order using this method. mBank customers will receive EUR 10 cashback for their BLIK payment. More ways to pay with BLIK
As BLIK is made available to customers of more banks, the network of places where the service can be used is also expanding. The service is already used, for example, by Polish visitors to Slovakia to pay for accommodation and other travel-related services. The combination of availability in banking apps and a growing number of acceptance points is intended to create the conditions for wider use of BLIK in the Slovak market.

About BLIK
BLIK has been present in Slovakia since 2023, when Polski Standard Płatności (PSP) completed the acquisition of Slovak payment platform VIAMO, following approval from the National Bank of Slovakia, and transformed the company into BLIK SK a.s. BLIK payments were commercially launched in Slovakia in September 2024, with Tatra banka becoming the first bank to make the service available to its customers through the Tatra banka VIAMO app. BLIK continues to develop its presence in Slovakia, expanding cooperation with local financial institutions and the e-commerce acceptance network.
